UPDATED REVIEW:After my initial review of two stars, below, the seller sent me two new nooses with the explanation that the others that broke have now been updated. I didn’t take the time to update my review, so the seller sent me two more nooses, including a nylon soft noose which I much prefer, along with a five piece grooming kit. Very generous!I am now satisfied with the grooming arm and nooses.The grooming kit is a very nice bonus! Thank you!ORIGINAL REVIEW:Bought this for our 28 pound puppy. We used it by clamping it to the picnic table. Put the noose around his neck and begin brushing him and within a minute the noose had broken! One side came right out of the clamp on the noose. So, we used the other noose that came with it and within a minute that one broke as well! Our dog wasn’t aggressively struggling or fighting, just being a dog, and the thing broke in two minutes flat.The arm itself is fine, now we just have to find a noose to put on there. It would help if it was a hook for the noose, rather than a closed circle. We ended up using his leash and wrapping it around the top of the arm several times and down to the table clamp. Not ideal. Don’t understand why the nooses were made so poorly and fell apart so quickly. Super disappointed!
