battery doesn't last and ball doesn't really fly, falls to floor but I have given four stars because company contacted me several times to resolve issue! I would feel ok to purchase other products from this company because if I'm not satisfied with the item, they will accept my return or do whatever necessary to make sure i'm a satisfied customer. Great customer service! Thank you!
