I can highly recommend this ball for anyone. Every person I've shown it to has went and bought their own. It's amazing how far you can throw it. The idea is that you skip it over the water. Now we've played from 30 yards but we've also played from 70 yards. The ball can really cruise once you get it down. It's very similar to skipping rocks if you can picture that. We made up a game. Basically it's 2 on 2 and you have to skip it to you partner and complete a pass with 1 skip. Then 2 skips. Then 3 and finally 4. If you get the ball it will mKe more sense but for 9 or 10 bucks this is a first rate beach toy that everyone will love. I give it a perfect rating. 10/10
