The delivery was very fast, and assembly was not difficult once I realised that I had not paid enough attention and connected one of the items upside down.The locking levers on the castors are very brittle - when I opened the packaging I found two of them already broken off. The castors need to be separated in the bag to prevent them banging together during packing and transport.The height of the unit is adjustable, however lifting the seat also increases the tilt, which tends to make you slip downwards putting more pressure on the knees.The seat is comfortable for me at a lower level, however this makes it a bit low for my desk height. I plan to weld some extra 100mm adjustable legs to the positions where the castors fit, in order to fix this.I use the chair every day at work, and apart from the above comments, I find it better than my office chair.
