This set of carabiners are very nice, pretty robust, and have a very fair price! Now they are not meant for mountain climbing or the like of course, but for everyday uses they work great. We use them for a safety on chain link gates at a dog rescue facility. Also at an animal shelter to keep the kennel panel latches from moving till you want them to move. I haven't had them long enough to wear out the moving pin, but it appears they are pretty sturdy. Even if the pin eventually wears out, they still will prevent a latch from opening. Very good product!
