I have only just put them in. I did buy a stretching spray separately before putting these in place. I do not know how well they'll work, but if these don't work - nothing will! They are sturdy and well made. I wear a 9-9.5 ladies' shoe and bought the small - perfect! they seem as though they would also work on a much smaller and a larger shoe - lots of options and plenty of play in the length of the 2 sizing "screws". There is also a piece you can insert to make the vamp (toe box area) deeper. Also provided is a long shoehorn (which I won't use, but hey!) and a storage bag. Lots of options!
