Extremely disappointed with this coat. I specifically ordered it because I have owned another one exactly like it for almost 10 years that I absolutely love. I have put on some weight and my old one has gotten a bit snug so I decided it was time for a new one that was a size larger. My old coat smells exactly like leather(even after ten years), says that it’s genuine leather on the tag, and weighs a ton. The pockets have a nice cloth lining and the leather is thick. However the coat I received is completely a novelty item. The leather is thin. The coat is very lightweight and smells like plastic. The waist belt part is half the thickness of the one on my old coat and the new coat weighs about half as much as my old one. Also the buckle on my old coat is much more substantial than the new one. The pockets have a cheap thin polyester lining instead of a nice woven one. Would not recommended spending the money on this.
