I love this stuff! It's an easy product for all over volume, seems to be heat protective and is pretty hard to mess up. When my hair is damp, I spritz 3-5 times in a halo around my head and then flip for 2 underneath. I've used more, but that seems to be the right amount for my fine, breakage-prone curlyish hair. Don't worry if you use too much, again it's pretty hard to do so, unlike a lot of volume sprays, which I really like about it. But if you do spritz 1 or 2 times too many, and get too much resistance when blowdrying, just run a damp brush through your hair and it does the trick. Great product.
