I wore this dress to one of my baby showers and have also worn it to work. I wore it to a shower at 34 weeks pregnant and also wore it last week at 39 weeks pregnant. At 39 weeks pregnant I'm 5'8" and 159 pounds. It still fits great and is really comfortable. The material is thick and not see through but you probably need to wear a thong or shapewear if you don't want underwear lines to show. I liked that I was able to wear a regular bra with it. Overall a great buy and has held up well to regular washing.
