Not double sided best in my review
The cool material is only on one side of the pillow case. The other side is jersey material and rather warm. The cool side always feels cool to the touch but warms up quickly with your head on it. It's better than my normal pillowcase and is comfortable and soft. I like that it closes with a zipper. But it's not that great at keeping me cool

- They may not be as eco-friendly as organic cotton or bamboo pillowcases
