I'm a female with a 7.5-8 size foot. I buy the Men's 5-8 and they fit perfectly. I love the little rubber part on the inside, back of the sock to keep them from slipping down. They are the perfect no-show socks to wear with Vans shoes. They are durable and last the average lifespan a sock should last. I bought a bunch of these socks and they are the only type I wear.
