Fits true to size to very slightly small.XL fits on a 16-18 (it’s elastic waist) but would be better for on more of a small 14. If they had a XXL I think that would have been a better fit for me as sorta plus sized. Don’t size down.The elastic waist is a little unflattering as it cuts into me and creates two lumps. As somebody with a ‘sorta not that hot’ postpartum midsection I need an oversized top to make it look good. I think it would look a little better styles on someone with a leaner frame where the tee could be tucked in one on side in the front or knotted on the side.I love the sunny yellow print with happy flowers.This felt very cool even on a very hot day. It’s a great lightweight summer skirt or even fall with some layers and a jacket.It has a short ivory colored lining under it so it’s not see through. OverallOverall I’d recommend it.
