Look at the wiring and the part numbers and the substandard directions provided to rewire the motor with the supplied pigtails. If it's a direct fit, why is it necessary to rewire the motor?Additionally, the vendor is selling to consumers which may not understand the technical directions and should provide installation instructions that are clear and concise or provide a YouTube link or similar video posting with this item that clearly and visually explains how to rewire the motor.Just frustrating and disappointing!
