I ordered this bench for a small area of my apartment. The bench was good quality and was easy to assemble. It looks just like the picture! I ended up returning it because i accidentally ordered the wrong bench (the one without storage) and it was a little too large for the space in my home. Customer service was excellent. This company really strives to make their customers happy. They replied to my messages within 24 hours and gave me multiple options to resolve the issue (return, replacement, exchange). It took some time to receive my refund for the shipping, but the customer service was always responsive to my messages. They were friendly and kept me updated on the status of my refund. Overall nice quality furniture from a company that really cares about their customers.
