Probably worth the $9
They're nice big and bright, but even in flashing mode they only last 4-5 hours.Nice that they're USB rechargable though. The cables are pretty short but fortunately I have longer micro usb cables everywhere.I don't think I'd pay more than $9 for them though, the mounts are cheap/low quality and I don't expect these to stay on my bike for more than a year or two.
- Extremely bright! So bright you can see a red reflection on the street at night from the front.
- The light might be difficult to attach to certain types of bike frames
