Great support for shot put

As a senior athlete competing in the shot put, I use this brace on my throwing wrist to provide support during both practice and competition. The strap is totally adjustable to set the level of compression I need. The mass of the brace is nearly negligible, so other than the feeling of support, I hardly know it's there.
