This is a Great Product! I use it whenever I've done a lot of work during the day, and can take a break to use it! I also use it while laying in bed, preparing to go to sleep. One feature I lOVE is that after a while, it will automatically click off, making sure you don't overheat your body! You don't HAVE To put it on the highest level of 5 together comfort, check your tolerance, a 5 or 4 might be just as sufficient! I LOVE this product so much, that I purchased one as a gift for each of my family's households!
