This suit looks cute with the ruffle off the shoulder, but when the ruffle is worn UNDER the arms for a spaghetti strap look, the ruffle hangs so low below the under arms that it just looks weird. Also, the torso does not stay up without the straps, so there’s another look that you can’t utilize. The only configuration that looks good is off the shoulder, WITH the straps.I’m returning this suit, as it’s not what about expected.
