I have several medical problems that emergency personnel and doctors need to know in an emergency. I had a bracelet, but they would have to take it off and check under it and it worried me they wouldn't. With this bracelet they can see it at a glance. It has my diseases, my name, phone number and emergency contact. It's a pretty color. I got the rose one. It's easy to adjust. I wear it all the time including washing dishes and showers. I would recommend this bracelet if you need to let others know your medical condition.
