This is one of those times when something that seems like a good idea, that looks good on a model on a computer screen, is really just not. It's not a good idea at all.Y'all. This is a schizophrenic sweater. I get the idea - the modern juxtaposition of two knits into one garment. The asymmetric hem might work. But it just kind of doesn't. Where that hem looks cool and swanky on the model, it doesn't translate well IRL. My husband took one look at it and asked if it was a mistake. It does look like 2 sweaters were hacked apart and sewn together like a scarecrow. It just isn't well done. The darker knit, in particular, would snag on a fly's wing.Nope.
