When I tried this tow winch I was extremely disappointed. The build quality was poor and it broke after only a few uses. The only positive thing about it was the PRICE. Unfortunately, the low cost doesnt justify its lack of durability and efficiency .I would not recommend this product to anyone needing a reliable towing solution for their vehicle..
