I got these for my mother when she went to assisted living and started wearing adult diapers. She's in a wheelchair and can stand a little but needs total assistance. I got a size L for her when she was about 145 lbs (5'5) and they were easy to put on, looked good and she says they're comfortable. She's gained about 10-15 lbs and now the XL fits well.I've seen some seam stretching after weight gain, but she likes them, the caregivers like them and they've held up to the kind washing they do there.This last pair came very quickly and I haven't received a bad pair yet. She has at least eight pairs.
