Decent Balm - my new review
I find this helps more with preventing cracking but doesn't heal as good as I had hoped.
It's not quite as smooth as I wanted, and has a waxy feel to it. I do like the applicator tubes and there is plenty in here which is nice.
- If you’re going to be outside in the winter you need O’Keefe’s lip balm.
- The product may cause peeling of lips in some users
