Excellent product, the best quality.
Outstanding plan for a thousand. Before that, there was the $600 (640x480) Genius camera. The Logitech HD Webcam C270 completely outperforms its more modest sibling, the Genius. When connected to a desktop computer, the camera's integrated microphone means you won't need any extra cables. For a webcam, this one is top-notch. I hope that the 720p resolution will be available in the upcoming Skype free version. Everyone should read this!
- Superb lucidity. Excellent white balance performance. Beautiful, natural tones. Light balance is brought back to normal. Superbly sensitive microphone. Using autofocus is a breeze.
- The mount isn't great for thick TFT displays, but those aren't really drawbacks. Specifically, my computer is a Dell. Heavy, rigid cable. You can't use autofocus to photograph from close range.
