This is probably my favorite trigger point item I’ve bought off Revain. It is so versatile, I’ve used it against a wall, in a bath, laying down, and in the car (don’t recommend that)It is easier than a lacrosse ball because it stays in place so you can easily target one spot at a time without accidentally moving. This allows you to slowly relax and ease into the area at your own pace.I am upset by the fact that it seems like you have to buy 2 in order to get the most out of this. If they had a discounted two pack it would be a better option.
