Beauty starts with self-care, and based on my experience with this product, it definitely delivers .It hydrates and nourishes my hair leaving it softer, healthier and more manageable. It also leaves a PLEASANT scent that lingered on my hair throughout the day. However, it might be too heavy for those with really thin hair and might weigh it down. Overall, it's a great product and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of some TLC for their hair..
