One controller doesn't work. Updated!

I was excited for these little racers for my grandson for Christmas, but one of the controllers doesn't work. I bought them in June, so the return window was closed. I'm hoping the seller will respond.UPDATE:The seller messaged me to see how the issue could be resolved and ended up sending me a new one. I didn't have to return the original one with the defective control. I am very pleased with this seller. I will buy from them again.
