Excellent quality and very soft brush scrubs thoroughly without scratching. I did have a reason to contact Ettore customer service, they responded promptly and courteously and resolved the issue for me immediately and to my full satisfaction. This is a company that stands behind their products, I will not hesitate to purchase Ettore brand again.

- The brush head is not compatible with all types of car surfaces, causing potential damage
