I rec'd the first one and wasn't thrilled with having to use both hands to release and hold the phone. Also, my phone rocked a little bit in the holder. Might not have bothered most but it bothered me. I requested a return and it was granted without issue. What ABSOLUTELY blew me away was the customer service that followed! The VANMASS Store is TOP NOTCH! First, they apologized that I had a less than stellar experience. Secondly, they asked what they could do to make it right asking me detailed questions to get to know me, my needs/expectations. Next, they sent another product to me and asked for me to provide feedback. Well.they listened and the new one was PERFECTION! I could go on and on about this company. Customer Service is a thing of the past but not with VANMASS Store! I wish they sold so many more items because they would have a loyal customer in me for life! Thank-you VANMASS!
