Color received don’t match pictures, large amounts of cardboard dust

The tapes are ok for what I needed them for - color coding if audio cables. But the colors I received are not what is shown in the product description - especially the blue. The picture shows an aqua blue, the product received was a dark navy blue. Additionally, the tapes are wound around extremely poor quality cardboard. There is large amount of cardboard dust around the tapes and some layers of the cardboard core are literally falling apart. See the attached pictures.

Took a while to receive, next time I will just go to Home Depot.
