I am 5’4” and 140lbs, all in the hips and thighs. I ordered a Medium, and while they were a bit tight, I thought that would help with the intended purpose. It didn’t. I have been looking for underwear that will smooth out the dimples for when I wear thin pants and won’t show panty lines. The legs on these rolled which showed under my pants, and the top rolled down. I don’t have much of a tummy really, so that was disappointing. And even though I washed they before ever putting them on, I got a rash on my inner thighs. Maybe cuz they rolled! I don’t know, but my search continues.
