I received a defective unit; reported the problem via email and had a reply the next day. Within two days they resolved the issue; shipped a replacement unit and had it delivered 3 days later.The customer service through Jenny and the Customer Care Department at KeaBabies is excellent; I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.Thank you for your excellent Customer Service !Charles
