Sturdy Inversion Table IF Your Condition Warrants Its Use
I ordered this inversion table hoping it would help with intractable leg pain. It turned out that I needed hip replacement surgery and the inversion table was not helpful. A friend of mine now has it, however, and uses it at least 3-4 times per week for pain in his lower thoracic and lumbar spine. He says the inversion table is wonderful and gives him great pain relief.Be sure to read and follow the assembly instructions carefully to assemble this device, and know that is is fairly heavy and somewhat awkward once it is assembled. Check with your doctor before using the inversion table if you have heart disease, hypertension, or a history of stroke.
