Useful for many exercises
We use this bench for our step-ups and it’s very sturdy. Then it’s good for chest press and reclining chest press and decline chest press. It also has a little bit of room within the bench for storage. I really like it. Nothing I can say bad about it.
- Can be used for plyometrics training
- May not be adjustable enough for different exercise levels
