I really like the look of this bra, the way the straps are are very flattering & the bra is comfortable. I'm 5'7", and 140 lbs, & wear a 36B bra. Usually in sports bras I'd get a M, but I kept reading that these run small. I do a lot of weights & rock climbing, so I'm broader & more muscular though the back & shoulders, so I figured I'd try a L. The L fits pretty well, but I think I could have gotten away with a M (But as I said, I wear a smaller cup size & I do prefer a tighter fit for certain activities). I'm planning to keep the L for when I do weights or rowing, but for higher impact activities, I'm going to reorder this in a M.
