I bought these laces because the ones on my everyday walking shoes always loosen after a short time of use. I found on the Internet numerous videos of alternative ways of tying shoe laces that supposedly won't come undone. The "easy" methods simply didn't work, and the more cumbersome methods were, well, too cumbersome. So I tried these laces and boy, do they work! They look and feel so much of quality that I feel I'll never need the second pair that came with the order. And the fact that they come in a kazillion colors was a big plus. This is truly a superb product that is made well, looks good, inexpensive, and most importantly, stays tied.
