Upon contacting customer service via email they corrected the problem immediately and sent me the correct product which was a perfect fit for the new IPad Air 2. It is well constructed and looks and feels like leather. It is a good looking product and if you use it for business it will come across as a professional case. You can easily configure it for viewing a movie or placing it in a position to correspond using email or a word processing program. I would not drop it out a second story building to see if it bounces, but if used at home or in the office it is a perfect case.
