It's semi-easy to assemble, but not very sturdy. We bought this for a play yard for 5 week old kittens. We actually wanted it earlier, but it took over a week for FedEx to go 2 states away from where it was picked up. It sat at the pickup location for 4 days.When we got the box, we definitely expected something more substantial for the price. My husband expected it to be solid hard plastic of some sort. It's more like 20" x 28" approx giant sheet protectors on wire coat hanger frames with plastic locks for the top and bottom corners. The middle of each section has little plastic double 'U's' to hold each section together, but the sheet protectors cause the sections to bow, so you can't pull the middle of the frame together.I imagine it will be relatively easy to clean, by wiping it down, if it isn't torn to shreds before it needs cleaning, or if it doesn't fall over while attempting to clean.It's ok for now. But it is definitely waaaay overpriced!
