These are by far true to their name. My feet and ankles feel brand new the moment I put these socks on after intense walking. Putting them on before intense walking is a no brainer but sometimes that just doesn’t workout. I’ve tried other brands and they’re basically just socks although they state compression. I carry a pair in my purse just to switch into them after a day of heels for the drive home
