This shampoo has a very pleasant scent, and lathers up very well. I can't tell if it is really "plumping" my hair that much, but it is very soothing at least. I don't really like the aluminum bottle packaging - you can't tell how much product is left inside the bottle. Also, I don't know if the bottle is actually recyclable in my local area. Other than that, it's a very nice shampoo. I think if you really want the benefits of hair thickening, you should pretreat your hair with emu oil, rinse and then shampoo. I've read a lot of positive things online about the many uses of emu oil, so if you suffer thinning hair, maybe try that in combination with a good anti-aging shampoo like this one, but don't look for a "silver bullet" solution.
