Because the balanced one always wins at an equal spin speed of both tops. As a result, it becomes uninteresting to play. The one who plays for the balanced one will always win, and the one for the attacker will lose. It would be better if they put an attacking and defensive one in a set, or 2 different balanced ones. Although I guess that this could have been done on purpose, so that people would quickly buy another one, for example, a protective one. But it's mean to do such aggressive marketing.
