This is an honest non paid for non free item given review.When I started with compression socks I started with this "compression strength" as it was the least in compression. I also was 40lbs heavier due to needing a major low back surgery and unable to exercise or be any kind of active. Now that I am down to my normal weight. I need 30-40mmHg compression strength compression socks.This is the loosest compression strength of this brand of compression sock. It is mainly tailored for obese and morbidly obese severely overweight sized people. Since they will simply fall down off of non overweight/obese/morbidly obese people.I still saved my old ones to put over my 30-40mmHg socks when I was cold in the winter.Compared to the Mens Dress Sock version from this company. This gym socks version forms holes within 6 months of normal daily wear. I have no idea why. The mens dress socks are much thinner in material and looks like a hole will form in no time. But NONE of my dress socks version has formed holes. Almost every pair of the gym socks has. All I have worn is birkenstocks and Sole orthotic flip flips with these socks.3 Stars since they don't last long. And for being expensive.
