Some people complain about this unit not coming with a blower or fan. OF COURSE IT DOESN'T COME WITH A BLOWER! ITS RADIANT HEAT! This means it heats the objects in a space, not the air in the space. The obiects then give off warmth which heats the air. So yes, a fan will help circulate the warmth coming from the heated objects but with proper placement of the heating unit a circulating fan is unnecessary. Any object in front of the radiant heater will be warmed which will warm the air around it. For better heat distribution place the unit in a spot that will give maximun exposeure to your space.
