Never worked but with help
First time me using this and it doesn't work. Also I lost the window to return it, so I contacting the seller and they worked with me. I was so excited to get a new and it works great. I loved the awesome customer service and having the scissors work. Can not want till next Christmas!
- Cuts through cardboard like butter, takes tight curves like a champ.
- Not enough time from turning off safety to hitting start button
