Defective product good for me
I purchased 10-off to keep in my inventory for expected projects, 8 of 10 units were defective (they leaked from where the mold was plugged prior to coating) the supplier only accepted 4 of the 10 back and refused to credit me for the other 4 defective units. I spent more than double the cost on plumber as he had to reinstall with other products.
- 5 stars .... what more can I say.
- It has a crack in the bottom from the original manufacturing mold.
