These worked well for the few times that I used them. Definitely made my feet feel a bit better in my work shoes. The adhesive was a nice touch because I was putting them onto my feet so that I could wear them with different shoes. They seemed to hold up to washing with warm water, but be careful where you put them after because other stuff that touches them will stick instantly and you will need to peel off and rewash. They didn't last as long as I would have hoped, as they got gross after they stuck to each other by accident when I slipped them in my purse after they kept coming off my feet with some strappy open high heels I was wearing. I couldn't fix them after that.
