Why did i give this product overall rating of 4 stars?
The product was good. No doubt about it. The way it was packaged was poor. It took me 4 hours to untangle one of the items out of 2 that came in the box. That started in the warehouse. The item itself carries pretty lights.Loved it. but the way it was packaged should not have taken me 4 hours to untangle.
