Maybe its because the hair cutting scissors I was using before were at least 10 years old & were about as dull as two butter knives nailed together, but these scissors are amazing and i'm so impressed. They're incredibly sharp and its super satisfying how easily these cut through hair. I have those short, blunt, betty paige/lord farquaad bangs that need to be trimmed at least every 2 weeks to maintain the aesthetic and its a PAIN but these make the process so much quicker with cleaner results. I'll update this if they become dull unreasonably fast or if they break or something? but right now I cant recommend these enough
