I had this backpack from about 4 years (from a merchandise of Cisco) and is really good and very practical inside specially for network engineers with different stuff but having a stylish backpack (instead the big backpacks from another brands).I bought this as a renewal of my very old backpack, and it is exactly the same and beautiful, specially all internal repositories it has and very thin when you bring it. But why three stars? : the backpack has a just one bad design issue, it has a zipper in the back in order you could pass the luggage handler through a cover (that I never used, even though I'm a traveler). The fact is, the zipper scraps day by day the belt loops of your pants when you walk with the backpack.So 90% of this backpack is well made and well designed, I'm very picky with this details and that's why I bought this, I put special scotch tape in that part in order avoid the issue.
