I ordered a 9x13 rug pad. I had to take this and the 9x13 rug out into my building's hallway in the hopes of rolling them up together so that in my apartment I could just roll out one piece. Well - I spread out the rug pad and then spread out the rug. The rug is 9x13. The rug pad is 10x12. So - I thought, perhaps I mis-ordered. So - I look on the box - it says 9x13. I look on the packing slip - it also says 9x13. Since I bought it too long ago to demand that they replace it - I then spent the next 2 hours cutting the long side down to 9 feet wide (not an easy task if you don't have the right tools). I can't do anything about the fact that it is too short by over a foot to cover the length of my rug. What a sad, sorry state of affairs when a company can't even cut their products to the size they say they are! I should be compensated for the time and effort I had to spend to do their job! Ugh. The picture shows what a 9x13 rug looks like on a 10x12 rug pad. Dirty hallway and bad lighting, sorry about that.
